Fate's Hollow is a progressive rock band that loves to tell stories.

Formed in the summer of 2023, the band has quickly carved out a niche in the Manchester music scene, bringing a unique attitude and sound to the table. The music of Fate's Hollow is conceptual by nature, with each release providing the soundtrack to a story the band has created. The band is heavily inspired by progressive rock, pop rock, and musical theater, which is evident in their approach to songwriting. Intricate riffs and complex rhythms blend with powerful choruses and fantastical lyrics to paint vivid pictures in the listener’s mind.

Since forming, the band has played dozens of shows, including venues such as Manchester's Rebellion, The Deaf Institute, and the grand finals of Firevolt Battle of the Bands. In February 2024, the band released their debut single The End of Summer, which went on to be featured in Prog Magazine's Track of the Week. The band then successfully crowdfunded over a thousand pounds towards the making of their first album, The Heir Apparition Part I - Broken Crowns, which was released to rave reviews on September 3rd of the same year.

The album garnered critical acclaim from numerous online magazines and reviewers. Powerplay Magazine also featured a printed review in their October issue, awarding the record a coveted 10/10 score. The album was streamed over 10,000 times in its first four months of release. To celebrate this achievement, the band performed the album in full for a sold-out crowd at Lock 91 in Manchester on September 8th.

With early writing underway for their second album and a packed schedule of live shows across the country—including appearances at SOS Fest, Novacaine Festival, and their own self-organized music festival Strange Fiction—Fate’s Hollow has a busy year ahead.
